Our games are designed to simulate any customer-facing or process-driven working environment including sales, fulfillment, help desk, chat and customer service centers. They can also simulate face-to-face and social media interactions. PAKRA Games can be used as a realistic job preview or training component and will assess the behavioral skills of the player.
